Service Description

AI Directory Submission Pack provides a one-time directory submission service for AI tools, SaaS products, and related software. Our service includes:

• Manual submission of your product to 50 carefully selected directories
• AI-optimized descriptions prepared for each listing
• A submission report detailing directories submitted, status, and links where available

We submit your tool on your behalf. We do not guarantee approval, listing placement, or specific SEO outcomes, as each directory maintains its own review process and policies.

Delivery Time

We aim to complete all submissions and deliver your report within 3 business days of confirmed payment. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times may vary if your website requires additional review, if directory platforms are temporarily unavailable, or if incomplete information is provided. We will notify you by email if any delay is expected.

Refund Policy

Due to the manual nature of our service, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• If we have not yet started work on your order, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase
• Once submission work has begun, refunds are generally not available
• If we are unable to deliver the service as described, we will offer a partial or full refund at our discretion

Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing our service, you agree to:

• Provide a valid email address for order communication and report delivery

• Ensure your product and website comply with applicable laws and directory guidelines
• Not submit products that are illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or violate third-party intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if the submitted product does not meet these requirements.

Limitation of Liability

AI Directory Submission Pack is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for directory rejections, delays, or changes in listing policies by third-party platforms
• We do not guarantee specific traffic, rankings, backlinks, or revenue outcomes
• Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service
